Records Management Mission
To provide greater protection of University assets. To realize cost avoidance opportunities for the campus. To reduce UCLAs liability relative to litigation, privacy issues, and regulatory non-compliance. The Records & Resource Management department of Corporate Financial Services provides records management services to the campus. The primary function of the department is to implement a viable and visible campuswide Records Management program, incorporating services such as policy development, comprehensive training, and the provision of consultative as well as operational assistance to all departments for all their records management needs.
