About UCLA BI & Financial Reporting
The Financial Systems, Security, and Reporting (FSSR) Team within the VC & CFO Organization plays a vital role in supporting UCLA’s dynamic campus community of more than 60,000 students, faculty, and staff. Our mission is to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with UC policies as well as state and federal regulations.
Partnering closely with the University of California Office of the President and external regulatory agencies, we oversee financial operations, safeguard data integrity, and maintain compliance across multiple enterprise systems, including:
- UCPath – Payroll and compensation
- General Ledger – Financial transactions
- BruinBuy Plus – Procurement and purchasing
- DACSS – Financial data and controls
- Enterprise Reporting Tools – Dashboards and analytics for informed decision-making

Report Access
Each dashboard will open in a business intelligence reporting tool and it is possible you may not have access to our resources as access is granted based on specific business needs. Please submit a request via email (fssr_reporting@ucla.edu) to the Financial Systems, Security, & Reporting (FSSR) Team, including a detailed business justification, and we'll help you get the information you need to make informed decisions.
