All orders completed by June 20, 2025, will be included on the June 2025 bill and billed during the current fiscal year. Departments are encouraged to consult with their assigned DTS representative when placing orders to confirm feasibility of completion by June 20. All orders not completed by June 20 will be billed in the following fiscal year.
