Banking Overview

Treasury manages the University’s banking activities, which includes the negotiations and implementations of banking contracts, establishing controls for federal and state compliance, and providing guidance and training on new services.

Banking Portal Access 

UCLA’s digital banking portal provides an easy access to financial information via its digital dashboard. Approved partners can login to view historical and current banking activities. To obtain access, please submit an inquiry by completing a request form

Adding Services to an Existing Account

Lockbox Services

UCLA offers lockbox services to facilitate the collection and processing of account receivables. UCLA partners with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which manages these collections for activities on and off campus. Submit a request for Lockbox services.

Short Term Forecast Request

In effort to report University’s daily cash positioning, it is important to notify Treasury Services in advance of any large transactional activity exceeding $500,000 of incoming or outgoing payments.  To report such activity,  please submit request by clicking the button below.

Fraud Protection

UCLA takes identity theft seriously. It is important to act immediately when there is suspicion of identity theft to protect yourself and your business.
