Effective August 5, 2019, Brink’s replaces Dunbar as the new carrier for all Bank Deposit and Change Ordering activity.

Existing merchants may follow the instructions below for re-ordering cashiering supplies.

Order through BruinBuy.

  • Blue $100 Strap
  • Red $500 Strap
  • Yellow $1000 Strap
  • Purple $2000 Strap

Order through BruinBuy. The envelope size is 2 ¼ inch X 3 ½ inch.

Order through BruinBuy using the keyword search counterfeit.

Departments must order endorsement stamps directly from Bank of America. Unfortunately, PSC is not able to facilitate ordering.

Contact DedicatedWGovOne ([email protected]) with the following information:

  • Billing account number
    • Must match billing account number on stamp
  • Item being ordered (i.e. endorsement stamps)
  • Copy of endorsement stamp print
  • Volume being ordered
  • Shipping address
    • Include contact name, phone number, and complete shipping address. No PO Boxes.
  • Location number
  • Regular or overnight delivery (rush fee applies)

Please note that Bank of America may take up to two weeks to ship orders, so plan accordingly. Follow-ups should be sent to Bank of America.

Complete the form below to request Check Scanner(s) to deposit directly to Bank of America. Submit a copy of your Deposit Slip and the form and to PSC on the Message Center. A separate form must be completed for each location.

    • BAUB13 (cash and checks for departments)

    • There are one-hundred bags per package

    • Include contact name, phone number, and complete shipping address. No PO Boxes.
  • Location number
  • Regular or overnight delivery (rush fee applies)

To request a log book, submit a message to PSC on the Message Center here an include the following information:

  • Item requested (e.g. Brink’s Log Book)
  • Contact name
  • Department name and department code
  • Delivery address (if on campus, please include the mail code)

Brink’s deposit bags are ONLY used for locations sending cash or cash equivalents to a main cashier for processing. For example, locations that send cash equivalents to PSC for processing instead of to Bank of America in a Bank of America Deposit Bag.

To request a Brink’s deposit bag, submit a message to PSC on the Message Center here an include the following information:

  • Item requested (e.g. Brink’s Deposit Bags)
  • Contact name
  • Department name and department code
  • Delivery address (if on campus, please include the mail code)

Call Bank of America Merchant Service to order additional tape. The phone number and credit card terminal information is listed on a sticker on the bottom side of the credit card terminal.
