The Report Distribution System (RDS in OASIS), and the related View Direct web application provide static displays of data at the completion of some BAR jobs.
- Access and training is granted by the system owners. You may use the contact information below for BAR RDS/View Direct report requests. This access requires Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act (FERPA) training as the users will have access to student financial data and other personal information.
- RDS is accessible through OASIS visit the link to Getting a Logon ID in Related Information. View Direct is accessed by using the following URL: https://ddi.ais.ucla.edu.
- The following reports are available to all BAR users. Instructions for accessing and using these reports are provided in the Billing and Accounts Receivable (BAR) System user manual. Access to these reports is not included in the BAR System access packages; visit the link Related Information to download a copy of the RDS Access Request form.

The write-off for these charges may occur earlier than normal to allow the collection agency to initiate skip tracing steps. |
BR0#DU10 | SBAR Daily Update Report: Identifies all transactions that have been uploaded in batch format to BAR by date. (Batch is the alternative to posting transactions online.) A diagnostic section of this report identifies problematic records from your batch that were not uploaded along with the associated errors. |
