March Recap
The Concur Expansion is well on its way, and campus engagement is in full swing! During the month of March, we:
- Received over 275 training and communication survey responses,
- Hosted five focus groups with participants representing various UCLA departments and organizations, and
- Began recruitment and planning for three user experience feedback (UEF) sessions.
What’s Coming Up?
UEF Sessions
Our team is hard at work building the additional Concur functionalities, and select users will get a first look during UEF. Participants will explore detailed scenarios that showcase the breadth of the new functions and provide feedback on their experience.
This data will be combined with our focus group research and used to refine the system’s overall design, training, and communications.
