New PCard Reconciliation Process Launching June 16

Go Bruins! lamppost sign with a blue, yellow, and white UCLA molecule overlay

The current PCard reconciliation process is complicated and can diminish the many perks associated with the purchasing tool. It’s time that changed! As PCardholders and approvers, you deserve an end-to-end PCard process that doesn’t just simplify the purchasing experience — it expands it.

Concur PCard Functionality Launching June 16

We’ve been working closely with PCardholders and preparers to design, test, pilot, and deploy a solution that meets your needs.

Monthly PCard statement reconciliation will transition to the Concur system beginning with the July statement cycle (June 16 – July 17). Transactions that post prior to June 16 will follow the current reconciliation process.

What Does This Mean?

With the transition to Concur, you can expect:

  • Simplified processing: one system for all reconciliation steps
  • Real-time reconciliation: once a PCard transaction is posted, you can begin reconciling it
  • Streamlined receipt management: simply upload your receipts into the system for easy storage and attachment to a transaction
  • Approval workflow: transactions won't be charged to your FAU(s) until they've been approved

...and much more!
