How to Gain CASHNet Access

Please note that PSC is updating CASHNet training, which is expected to go live on April 2, 2019. Individuals who require CASHNet training  (whether to complete the annual training requirement or for new user access) must register for training by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019. New registrations will not be accepted after March 15, and registration will be unavailable until the new training system is live on April 2, 2019. Individuals who registered for CASHNet training by March 15, 2019 will have until 5:00 p.m. on March 22, 2019 to complete their training. If training is not completed by March 22, the user will be required to take the new training on April 2, 2019 and access will be delayed.

 

Payment Solutions and Compliance has partnered with IT Services and the LMS Training Database to host a comprehensive E-Learning curriculum for CASHNet and Cash Handling.

All new CASHNet operators will be required to take PCI Compliance training, CASHNet training and Cash Handling training. This online training will be required annually.

To request CASHNet access: please complete the following steps: 

  1. Complete the online CASHNet Access Registration.
  2. Complete the CASHNet Curriculum.
  3. Click 'Register' after signing in with your UCLA Logon ID.
